Result, what is called, per game: Surgutians have been in the fight for a long time, then they caught up, demonstrating fighting qualities, and the guests as a whole played more smoothly and skillfully.

The first set left an impression, that the owners simply forgot to wake up: made a lot of mistakes, attacked toothlessly (with the exception of Nikita Alekseev), giving the initiative to the Ufimians. Breaking away in the debut 4:0, "Ural" confidently kept the distance, tossing up, if needed, "firewood" aces - 17:10 after a shot right through from Evgeny Rybakov. In the end, the Surgut people started up, scrolling double replacement, but the second ace of Rybakov finally buried hopes, 19:24, and one more confident submission of the diagonal led to Samoylenko's productive replay.

Ionov stumbled in the second game, by sending the ball into touch in the playoff - instead of 4:4 the team received 3:5 and right there Rybakov put the squeeze on a protracted rally, 3:6. Another long episode this time successfully completes Katic, but the account has already rolled in line +2 in favor of Ural. A break with two aces in a row was brought in by Kirill Piun, who played a great set, 13:13, at the same time sending Feoktistov to inspect the match in a square. Nikitin appeared on the site - looking ahead, he handled it pretty well. The game has been balanced, but closer to the end, the guests received the coveted break ball thanks to an unsuccessful reception by Kabeshov: Makarenko saves the ball, taking him with his foot almost from the podium, but Rybakov was not impressed with the trick, 19:21.

"Gazprom-Ugra" caught up with "Ural", fighting off Rybakov's attack and returning the "debt" with a blow from Alekseev, 23:23. Then the Surgut team patiently played three set-balls. Piun Esfandiaru's block gave the first set-ball to the hosts, 27:26, Rybakov restored the balance, Alekseev replied, and then Piun's sharp serve followed and the Iranian player on the allotted ball could not beat the defensive redoubts, 29:27.

In the third set, Piun's aces (4:4) and Katiča (8:8) allowed to keep a balance, until Ozhiganov drove Alekseev under the block with too fast a pass, 9:11. Protracted fight on the grid ended in favor of Rybakov, and after a timeout of Gazprom-Ugra, the situation repeated itself - 9:13. Excellent cut (like the game in general) held in defense Shishkin. Surgutians again patiently joined in the pursuit and they almost succeeded, 15:16 after that, how Ionov dealt with the net ball. Rybakov was replaced by Potaluk, and the trouble came with two aces performed by Esfandiar - at first the Iranian shortened, and then dumped all the money. Another powerful pitch, frivolity, discount Nikitin and 15:20. Another attempt to get a fleeing opponent stumbled on the regulations: 22:24 - it's a set-ball, which was confidently converted by Esfandiar, who entered the game.

In the fourth installment, Makarenko threw Nikitin's uncomplicated glider, 8:13, but avenged with two of his powerful serves, on which Piun frolicked - closed Esfandiar with a block and scored a passing ball, 11:13. Shishkin continues to work wonders, Surgut does not finish the game, clinging, but not saving in turn the balls after the attacks of the guests. Such a feeling, that all the owners are somewhere nearby, in centimeters from the target - but it is these centimeters that distinguish the winners from the losers in modern volleyball. In the end, the experienced Gutsalyuk turned on - he completed another protracted draw with a tempo discount (16:20) and sharply activated on the block. Surgutians once again rushed in pursuit too late: a block to Rybakov and a successful attack by Katic is just 20:23. Makarenko, the risk, himself interrupts a series of his dangerous innings, Katic filmed, but Esfandiar knows his stuff, 21:25.

If you do not watch the game, and look at the score, it could seem, that we had an advantage. But there were swings, plus four – plus two – minus two… The match was tense.

Captain of VK "Ural" Ufa Egor Feoktistov: Prepared for a tough fight, because it's always hard to play in Surgut. Basically, away is always harder to play, besides, ASK plays a little more hard away, tune in to any team to the maximum. We won, congratulations to all the fans on the victory. The hosts clung to every game, the fight was even, somewhere we managed to withstand the heat and win.

Alexander Gorbatkov, senior coach of VC "Gazprom-Yugra".: Not everything worked out, although for a while we knocked out the opposing team. In recent training, the focus was on defense, block protection. Here you have to look, why our defense did not work effectively. In the end we didn't have enough 2-3 balls, it's dirty work on the block. Let's parse. Could have been more aggressive on the serve.

Central blocking VC "Gazprom-Yugra" Kirill Ionov: I think, that the team showed its status, good level of volleyball, just some elements did not always work out. By myself I can say, that there seems to be certainty, and it is not always possible to bring this confidence to the winning ball. Something to work on, we will try to exclude our marriage and win in the future.
