More than a dozen club players were recruited to the Russian national team. Konstantin Bakun as part of the national team took fourth place at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Gazprom-Yugra graduate Igor Kobzar was the captain of the Russian national team, won silver at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. Seven volleyball players of the Gazprom-Ugra system became winners of the World Universiade in different years.

From the factory team to the flagship and pride of big sport in Ugra, one of the centers for the development of volleyball in Russia. Through a sea of problems to moments of glory. In sports arenas, Gazprom-Yugra relies on its own youth, disclosure of nonames and relaunch of former stars, works on the intermittent breathing of the stayer. 30 years - almost half of life. It all started with a dream, a lanky UAZ and training after a work shift at the factory. And now it is impossible to imagine the Russian volleyball horizon without Gazprom-Yugra.
