The recent history of Dynamo-LO can be divided into two parts: before the season 2021-2022 years and after. Before Sosnovoborsk fought for survival in the Super League, after that they reached the Top 6 twice. The club has grown stronger, invited top performers, he got confused. Nevertheless, last season Gazprom-Yugra managed to beat Sosnovoborets twice in the regular season. And at the beginning of this year, we lost twice in the Russian Cup.
The off-season changes at Dynamo-LO affected almost all lines. Two foreign players left the club, Marko Ivovich and Todor Skrimov, diagonal Sergei Pirainen left, second setter Nikita Borchikov tries to stand on the wing under the supervision of Sergei Grankin in Yaroslavich, central blocker Fannur Kayumov moved to the capital's Dynamo, his young colleague Mikhail Fedorov and libero Nikita Vishnevetsky ended up in Surgut.
Instead, they were replaced by finishers Fedor Voronkov from St. Petersburg Zenit and Cuban Osniel Mergarejo from Italian Milan., Belarusian diagonal Pavel Avdochenko, familiar to Surgut residents, Argentine setter Maximiliano Cavanna, known for playing for Ural, middle blockers Vladimir Sciemshchikov and Ilya Borilo from Belarus.

In the first round at home, Dynamo-LO broke the resistance of Nizhny Novgorod ASK only in a tiebreaker, and then there were two defeats from top clubs, capital "Dynamo" and St. Petersburg "Zenith". obviously, that our opponent arrived in Surgut to lick his wounds and replenish his luggage of points. Surgutyans, still playing with a huge amount of defects, they also want rehabilitation for the last defeat in Novy Urengoy.
You can play in different ways: in the match with Fakel we had the opportunity to “catch” the opponent, but my own marriage did not allow me to do this. Suffice it to say, that only errors on serve gave “Fakel” a whole set. The last game of Dynamo-LO with Vladimir Alekno’s Zenit is also unlikely to be an asset to our opponent in terms of quality of play. So on Saturday the teams will take to the floor of the Premier Arena, who have something to correct and something to prove – and to their opponents, and myself. The spectacle will certainly be very interesting.
