The finish line starts in Orenburg
Gazprom-Yugra together with Neftyanik, Dynamo-LO and Belogorye enter the fight for 11-14 seats, the first round starts 2 April in Orenburg. Initially, the so-called play-out was not planned in the Super League calendar, because just "out" is not provided for this season - the league is closed from relegation. Fight for survival, in this way, loses its meaning and turns into a training tournament with an official status. Which also, generally, not bad - fans will see some more quality, hopefully, volleyball, and the teams will extend the season.
Missing the playoffs for Gazprom-Ugra – third in the history of the club, for such a grand, like "Belogorie" – second. Tournament motivation, perhaps, to a greater extent will keep "Oilman" as a debutant of the Super League, yes, and Yaroslav Vasilenko in "Dynamo-LO" has something to prove to sponsors and management. However, This does not mean, that Surgut will play out slipshod, our team plays to win in every match and at full speed. Especially, that the second round of the tournament will take place 9-11 April in Surgut and the fans of the team will have a great opportunity to watch their favorites again and thank them for a difficult season. In the meantime, we are waiting for the games in Orenburg, who will certainly not be inferior in intensity to the matches of the Final Six.
