YUKIOR, for objective and subjective reasons, went into restructuring after a successful last season. Objectively, youth volleyball constantly needs new blood, in search of new talents. Especially if the “old” ones are snapped up - the same Kazan “stole” our diagonal player in two years, main setter and promising finisher. Which, in fact, will close the “holes” of Kazan residents in the “Academy” in the major league “A”, nothing more. And in Surgut they had a chance to declare themselves in the Super League.

UKIOR closes positions in terms of player prospects. That is, the disclosure of personal potential is placed above team achievements, Growing pains do not always have a beneficial effect on performance here and now. The current core of the team is the players 2006-2007 the year of birth.
