Then the Surgut residents had a chance to catch on, but Kuhno's attack into touch via video review turned into a touch of the block, 19:23. Problems in reception led to the loss of two more goals. The overall set was equal and collapsed in the end: here Murashko’s cut serve helped the hosts, and lost confidence in the actions of guests.

In the opening of the second game, Shevlyakov’s ace on Yanutov was memorable - an extremely rare case. It was after this that the Surgut team began to increase their advantage: two blocks to Dmitriev plus a freeball, played through Kurbatova, 9:6. Dmitriev's attack doesn't work again, Slobodyanyuk converts the final game (10:6), and Ruslan Galimov comes out instead of Semyon. Here we would consolidate our success, but everything happens exactly the opposite: Murashko is accurate in the playoffs, Kuhno pushed the ball off the block in a long rally, what became clear after an even longer video viewing, and then Filippov scored a passing goal - we had a reception on Maksimov’s glider, 11:15. Kirillov once again touched the net on the block, 13:17…

Maxim went to improve: finally scored his passing ball and scored an ace, 16:19. To get your opponent, need a system game, but Surgut residents flare up sporadically: block on Kukhno and ace by Rudnev slightly reduce the distance, Murashko hitting the rope on a freeball brings us the 20th point, but between these local successes lies the sighted work of “Yenisei”: feeding pressure, block, successful attacks from the "four". В их исполнении мы не увидели какой-то фееричной игры (если не брать в расчет действия Романа Мурашко, сделавшего, in fact, разницу), но опытный Александр Янутов выдержал прием (в отличие от своего визави Никиты Вишневецкого), а остальные не позволяли себе серийных провалов, отработав достаточно чисто для непростой победы.
