The battle for the medals starts in Surgut
FROM 25 by 30 Marta Surgut will accept the first tour of the final of the six youth volleyball league, Where our Yukior will once again fight for the medals of the Russian Championship with peers from the Novosibirsk Lokomotiv-Schor, Novourengoy "torch-yamal", Surgut hosted one of the first four rounds of the Russian Championship in the Youth Volleyball League with the participation of the local "Stars of Yugra", Zenit-Uor from Kazan and Dynamo-Lo-2 from the pine boron of the Leningrad region.
The regular part of the championship Yukior finished in second place, losing the championship only in the last match to Novosibirsk. However, the initial high position only gives us the opportunity to hold one of the two final rounds in Surgut, nothing more. Recall, that last year our youth actually won the regular season, but according to the results of the Final six, where previously scored points are not taken into account, failed to get on the podium.
What will be the fate of the medals this time?, will show head-to-head fights between candidates, among which the leaders in recent years are Yamal residents, Novosibirsk and Muscovites. On the other hand, YUKIOR won against all these teams during the season - why not repeat this result at home? At the same time, we cannot discount Zenit-UOR and Dynamo-LO-2.. The former may well gain strength at the expense of the major league team “A”, and the latter have already defeated YUKIOR in Surgut this year.
One thing is clear - the fights between youth teams will be intense., emotional character. YUKIOR has every opportunity to, to compete for medals, which have not been seen in Surgut since a long time ago 2015 of the year, when “Star of Ugra” became the MVL champion for the first and last time. Result, shown in Surgut, will be very important, but still, the decisive matches of the final will take place during the second round in Novosibirsk.
And let's also not forget, that the main task of MVL teams is to prepare players for Super League teams. This season we saw Daniil Golovanov on the court wearing a Gazprom-Yugra uniform, Gordeya Kachurova, Romana Parkhomenko, Alexandra Evseeva and this is the best indicator of the work of YUKIOR. We wish the guys further progress and medals at the Russian Championship in MVL!
