GAZPROM-UGRA STARTED PREPARATIONS FOR THE SEASON

On the first day of the last summer month, Gazprom-Ugra officially came out of vacation - the team gathered in Surgut and, after an in-depth medical examination, starts training. Leonid Schadilov, finisher, 1991 points were obtained by the birthday boy Kirillov -, 205 cm. Team captain Kirill Ursov is currently at the disposal of the Russian national team, preparing for the World Cup, Petar Krsmanovic is preparing for the same tournament as part of the Serbian national team.

There are changes in the coaching staff. Head coach Rafael Khabibullin this season will be assisted by Vladimir Kondusov and Alexey Babeshin, who returned to coaching status, retired player. Alexey is a person with great volleyball experience and well known in Surgut. For the first time, Gazprom-Ugra will enter the site this season in early September in Tyumen, where the friendly tournament will take place with the participation of neighbors - the local "Tyumen", Lokomotiv-Izumruda from Yekaterinburg, Nizhnevartovsk "Samotlor" and Surgut.
